Condado de Miami será EB5, territorio para inversionistas a cambio de residencia

Durante las jornadas de  Consumiami, en marzo de este año,  el panel de profesionales estuvo centrado en evaluar los pros y contras de realizar una inversión a cambio de un estatus legal.

La apertura de la mesa estuvo a cargo de la concejal de la ciudad de Doral, Bettina Rodríguez Aguilera, quien realizó un importante anuncio al señalar que en este momento están a la espera de que el general del Condado de Miami, los 34 municipios que lo integran, sea nombrado como EB5 por parte de la Oficina de Inmigración de los Estados Unidos.

NO MORE EB-5 VISAS UNTIL OCTOBER 1, 2014

It has finally happened. The Wall Street Journal reported on August 27th that for the first time since the EB-5 category has been available to international investors the number of EB-5 approvals has reached the annual cap of 10,000. Eighty five percent of these approvals were given to Chinese applicants. This means that 1,500 EB-5 approvals are scattered throughout the rest of the world, including Russians, Europeans, and Latin Americans.
